# Meeting scheduling in HubSpot: fewer back and forth emails, more booked meetings

"Does Tuesday at ten work?" "No, but how about Wednesday afternoon?" Booking a meeting by email often takes several days. With meeting scheduling in HubSpot, the customer picks a time that suits them in your calendar, and the meeting lands in the CRM automatically.
