Calculator terminology

What do MQL, SQL and pipeline mean?

Exact definitions may vary between companies. The important thing is that marketing and sales use the same criteria.

Lead

A person or company that has shown interest, for example through a form, download or contact request. A lead has not yet been qualified.

MQL

Marketing Qualified Lead. A lead that matches the target audience and has shown enough interest for marketing to consider it relevant for further nurturing.

SQL

Sales Qualified Lead. A lead that sales has qualified as having a genuine need, reasonable potential and being worth a sales conversation.

Conversion rate

The percentage that progresses to the next stage. For example, if 30 out of 100 MQLs become SQLs, the MQL → SQL conversion rate is 30%.

Close rate

The percentage of SQLs that become won deals. If 20 out of 100 qualified opportunities become customers, the close rate is 20%.

Pipeline value

The total potential deal value required in the pipeline to reach the revenue target, based on average deal size and close rate.

ADS · BUDGET CALCULATOR

Plan your budget. Calculate clicks and impressions.

Calculate clicks, impressions, budget or CPC. For clicks, all you need is your budget and CPC.

One calculator for LinkedIn Ads, ChatGPT Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Enter the estimated or actual CPC or CPM for your platform and ad format. CTR is only needed to estimate impressions from CPC. The preset values are examples, not benchmarks for every platform.

CPM = cost per 1,000 impressions. CPC = cost per click. CTR = the percentage of impressions that generate a click.

FAQ

What is HubSpot?

HubSpot is a CRM platform that brings marketing, sales and customer service together in one place. The platform helps companies create structure, automate processes and follow the entire customer journey, from first contact to long-term customer relationship.

How does HubSpot pricing work now that the hubs are gone?

Since October 2026, new customers in Europe no longer buy separate hubs. You choose one edition for the whole platform: Free, Starter, Professional or Enterprise. Tools for marketing, sales, customer service and content are included at that level, and everything is built on the same CRM data. On top of the edition, you pay per user licence (seat). Usage-based features, such as email sends, workflow actions and AI agents, draw from HubSpot Credits included every month.

Which edition do we need?

It depends on how much you want to automate. Starter covers the basics of CRM, email and pipelines. Professional adds workflows, sequences, custom objects and advanced reporting, and is where most B2B companies land. Enterprise suits larger organisations that need sandboxes, multiple brands and more capacity. We help you choose the right edition and the right number of seats, so you don't pay for more than you use.

What is required of us internally when we introduce HubSpot?

You need to assign a responsible person and involve relevant people from sales, marketing and customer service. Leadlabs drives the work forward, but your goals, processes and internal knowledge are needed for the solution to work in practice.

How can we measure the ROI of HubSpot?

By connecting campaigns, activities and deals to the same CRM, you can see which efforts generate leads, meetings and revenue. We help you set up dashboards and reports based on your most important goals.

How does HubSpot handle GDPR and data protection?

HubSpot includes features for consent, subscription types, legal basis and handling of personal data, among other things. The tools make GDPR work easier, but the company is still responsible for making sure processes and settings comply with applicable rules.

How do workflows work?

Workflows automate recurring tasks based on rules and triggers. For example, they can send emails, assign leads, update information, create tasks and notify a sales rep when a prospect shows buying intent. Workflows are included in Professional and Enterprise, and each automated action uses HubSpot Credits.

How does Leadlabs help us get started with HubSpot?

We map your needs, build the CRM structure, import data and set up automations, reports and integrations. Then we train the team and help you develop the solution further.

What is lead scoring and why does it matter?

Lead scoring assigns points to contacts based on who they are and how they interact with the company. It helps the sales team prioritise the right prospects and makes the handover between marketing and sales clearer.

Can HubSpot integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. HubSpot has a wide range of ready-made integrations and can also be connected to other systems via API or integration platforms. We help you assess which connections are needed and how information should flow.

Can I advertise from my personal LinkedIn profile?

LinkedIn ads are published through Campaign Manager and are normally connected to a company page. With Thought Leader Ads, companies can, after approval, sponsor selected posts from personal LinkedIn profiles. We help you choose the right setup and ad format.

How long does it take to get started with HubSpot?

A basic implementation usually takes a few weeks. The timeline depends on which parts of HubSpot will be used, how much data needs to be migrated and how complex your processes and integrations are.

Can Leadlabs help us if we already use HubSpot?

Yes. We can review the portal, clean and structure data, improve reporting and optimise existing workflows and processes. The goal is to make HubSpot easier to use and deliver more business value. We can also review your licences and seats so that you have the right edition.

We already use HubSpot. Do we have to switch to the new model?

Not at the moment. Existing customers keep their current hub-based subscriptions, and HubSpot has not announced whether or when they will be moved over. We can go through your current setup and show what the new model would mean for you.

"We have used Leadlabs for HubSpot onboardings and deliveries for many of our clients and are always happy with the results!"
